Delegate fee includes:
one oral presentation of the accepted work; publication in a book of Proceedings, attendance to all scientific sessions, lunches, coffee breaks, Social Program (Welcome reception and cocktail).

Rules and Cancelation Policy

The conference registration fee should be paid before the conference meeting date.

Currency exchange charges and bank collection fees are the responsibility of the sender.

Presenting authors should have a paid registration by April 21, 2025 in order ensure the inclusion of their work in the program and in the proceedings of the conference

Student Fees: Attendees registering at the student rate must email proof of full-time student status to the conference email address.

Cancellation Policy: Registration fee will be refunded with a cancellation fee of 100 EUR if a request is received by e-mail until April 21, 2025. After this date NO refund will be made.
