Abstract Submission

  • For abstract submission, please go to MyAccount and create your account for your personal area

  • Abstracts should be submitted online (text only) and should not exceed 500 words

  • You should select a conference topic upon the submission of your abstract

  • The deadline for abstract submission is January 27, 2025  February 17, 2025.

  • No more than one oral presentation can be delivered per each registered author

  • A digital conference proceeding will be edited

Paper Submission

  • The full papers resulting from the accepted abstracts will be published in the open access Transportation Research Procedia, the Elsevier online collection for conferences proceedings,
    indexed in CPCI, the Conference Proceedings Citation Index

  • Submissions will be open soon

  • Deadline for paper submission: June 27, 2025

  • Papers will be peer-review according to the international peer-review standards by a double blind peer review

  • Full papers are not mandatory

Instruction for Presenters

Oral presentation

  • Each Oral presentation will take 15 minutes including discussion (12min+3min)

  • The files required for the presentation (PowerPoint or PDF) should be uploaded, and tested to ensure compatibility, during the coffee or lunch breaks before the beginning of the session

  • The lecture rooms contain a Windows PC, with Office and Acrobat PDF Reader, connected to a data projector. The use of personal computers is not recommended

  • Technical support will be provided on-site by the TS2025 staff to ensure a smooth delivery of all presentations

Poster Presentation

  • The format of the Posters is A0, portrait orientation
